About us
Evrensel Rotary Club
Founded in June 2024, we are the only online club in District 2430.
We were chartered in June 2024 as District 2430's online club. Our members live
in 10 countries, from Ankara to Boston and from Milan to Islamabad, and every
Monday evening they meet in the same Zoom room. Nobody has to move city or make
it across town to a venue.
Over two terms we have hosted the district's only online RYLA, founded its first
online Rotaract club and started Rtn.io, the first artificial-intelligence
fellowship in Rotary. Our meetings have welcomed surgeons, the head of UNICEF's
polio team in Pakistan, writers and a club president from Chile.
Every Monday at 20:30 (UTC+3), online; our meetings are held in Turkish. If you
would like to join as a guest, just write to us.

Six Rotary programmes open to ages 12 to 30. Our club has taken a direct part in
two of them, RYLA and Rotaract.

An international service network where young leaders and professionals come
together to develop their professional skills and run local and global social
responsibility projects.

A service club where secondary school students run their own clubs, discover their
leadership abilities and work on projects that benefit their communities.
RYLA
Leadership training
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards: seminars, camps and training that give young
people ethical values, teamwork, presentation skills and problem-solving ability.
Youth Exchange (RYE)
Cultural exchange
An exchange through which secondary school students study in other countries,
improving their language skills and broadening their cultural horizons.
New Generations Exchange (NGSE)
Ages 18-30
An exchange that combines professional development, internships and international
humanitarian service for university students and young professionals.
Toplum Liderleri Geliyor (TLG)
University
A leadership and project programme run by Rotary districts in Türkiye, giving
university students leadership, communication and teamwork skills and encouraging
them to take responsibility for the issues facing their communities.

Friendship and service know no borders
Rotary International District 2430
District 2430 is one of Rotary's largest districts, both geographically and
culturally. Alongside Türkiye it covers Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Our district unites thousands of Rotarians who speak different languages and come
from different cultures around a single shared purpose: Service Above Self.

Intercontinental Climate Change and Social Justice Conference
We co-hosted this conference with the Rotary E-Club of E.A.R.T.H., in collaboration with District 2430 and District 3011. Experts from the United States, India and Türkiye discussed climate resilience, social justice and the green transition, turning the partnership begun in February into a concrete event.

At the monthly ICC session on "Innovation for Human Health: Türkiye and USA Collaboration", our member Mehmet Doğaç Gülnerman spoke alongside Dr. Elif Keleş of the Rotary Club of Evanston. Our member Çınar Yeşil serves as the section's secretary for Türkiye.

Roles at the Adana Polio and Public Image Summit
At the Zone 21 summit our member Nisa Ildız Çelebioğlu moderated, Diana Maria Pirga spoke, and Kenan Ateşgöz represented the club. Proceeds from the summit's live auction went to the Polio Fund.
