The name, email address, phone number, profession and message you share through the membership and contact forms on this site are processed solely to assess your enquiry and to reply to you.

Form submissions are sent to our club address at info@evrenselrotary.org through FormSubmit, our technical delivery provider. FormSubmit processes your details while relaying the submission; see the FormSubmit privacy policy for information about its service. Our club does not use these details for marketing or link them to advertising trackers. This site does not use cookies for visitor tracking.

If you would like your data deleted or corrected, or want to know what we hold, simply write to the same address and we will deal with your request as soon as possible.
